2 Player king of the hill style game
LAN only, at least for now
Winning is easy, just stand on top of the rock all by yourself within the marked area for 30 seconds... except that there will be an opponent with the same goal.
What's the solution?
Simple, push them off.
Thankfully, you'll be equipped with four different abilities to help you push your opponent off the rock.
Abilities:
PUSH - Get up and close to push your opponents away a small distance - 1 second cooldown in-between uses.
KICK - Get up and close to push your opponents away a much greater distance - 6 second cooldown in-between uses
SLEEP DART - Shoot a sleep dart at your opponent to put them to sleep for 5 seconds, disabling their controls for the duration - 15 second cooldown in-between uses.
DIZZY DART - Shoot a dizzy dart at your opponents to blur their screen and invert their controls for 7 seconds - 20 second cooldown in-between uses.
Sounds too easy, is there any catch?
Yes, both you and your opponents share one ability pool, meaning if your opponent uses an ability, both of you will have to wait for it to come off cooldown before being able to use it again.
Not difficult enough?
Well, not only do you share one ability pool with your opponent, the inputs for the abilities will be randomized when they come off cooldown, so it becomes a game of who has quicker reaction times and is able to manage ability cooldowns more effectively.
Controls:
Movement - WASD
Abilities - Randomly Selected from TYUIOP, FGHJKL, VBNM

Due to this being an assignment piece, the game will temporarily not receive any updates for about a month or so from the date of release as it gets marked, however in the future I might add full multiplayer support.
